Richard Richard D. "Dick" Mullineaux, 90, died at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston on January 7, 2014, after a short illness. A resident of the Memorial area for more than 40 years, he moved to Houston with Shell Oil Company where he served as a top executive.
